Services

We offer short-term office space rentals. Furnished one room offices within the RightFit Offices well appointed suite are available for daily, weekly or monthly rental.  A four desk "collaboratory" coworking space is also available.  Amenities for offices include private mailboxes, breakroom with coffee service plus, receptionist on duty 8am to 4:30pm, and  8 hours/month reservable time in the ensuite conference room free. Additional office services, such as color copying and printing, mail handling, and general administrative tasks, are available for a quoted fee.

We offer virtual offices that allow professionals who need a physical address but not a brick and mortar work space to have just that.  As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency approved by the USPS, RightFit Offices can receive business mail into private mailboxes within our suite. Local clients may choose to drop by and pick up their mail.  Clients working anywhere in the world with email access can have their mail scanned and emailed to them for an additional monthly fee. Additional office services such as color copying and printing, and many general administrative tasks are available for a quoted fee. 

Our Conference Room seats 8 around a conference table with smart tv monitor, glass white board and complimentary bottled water. WIFI is available.

Our Board Room seats 12 -20, depending on desired seating configuration and contains smart tv monitor and 2 glass white boards.  WIFI is available. We provide free water, coffee service for a modest charge and will work with local food vendors of the client's choice to arrange catering for meetings.

Our Event Room seats 20 to 40 in either theater style, banquet style, or lecture style table and chair configurations.  It contains 2 smart tv monitors, 2 glass white boards. WIFI is available.  We provide free water, coffee service for a modest charge and will work with local food vendors of the client's choice to arrange catering for events.
